We can confirm that the sale of our business to British Gas has now completed. British Gas will start writing to customers from week commencing 21st September inviting them to move across.

What happens next?

The information you've just given us will be passed to our switching team who will give you a call back at the time you requested. They will have a chat with you about the warm home discount, confirm the eligibility criteria, and then if you're happy, help you through the signup process so you receive the £140 Warm Home Discount from us.

Important reminder

At the moment we only offer the warm home discount to the core group and to qualify for the Warm Home Discount with us then on 5th July 2020 you'll need to meet all of the below eligibility criteria.

  • Your energy was supplied by us on 5th July 2020
  • Your name (or your partner’s) was on the bill
  • You're of pensionable age
  • You were getting the Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit (even if you get Savings Credit as well)
