We can confirm that the sale of our business to British Gas has now completed. British Gas will start writing to customers from week commencing 21st September inviting them to move across.

Paying my bill

If you have a bill that you need to pay then we have a few ways you can do it quickly and easily:

Use your online account

The quickest way to make payment is through your online account. simply login and make payment with a debit or credit card

If you don’t have an online account, you can sign up for one in just 30 seconds.


Make a payment over the phone

We have an automated telephone payment system that lets you make a payment quickly using your phone's keypad.

Just call 0800 030 4567 press 2 to confirm you're a Robin Hood Energy customer, then press 2 to make a payment.

Good to know:
To make sure your payment goes onto your account you'll need to enter your 19 digit payment reference number which you'll find underneath the barcode on your bill.


Make a payment online without an account

You can make a quick payment without creating an online account through our secure online portal.

Good to know: Just like our automated phone line, so your payment is added correctly to your account you'll need your 19 digit payment reference number. This is under the barcode on your latest bill.

Top up your Smart Pay-As-You-Go meter

One of the main benefits of being a smart pay as you go customer is that you can top-up your meter online. Visit our secure Paypoint portal to top up your meter today.


Top up your Pay-As-You-Go meter

If you’re a customer with a Pay-As-You-Go account, you can top-up your gas card or electricity key at a PayPoint, Payzone outlet or Post Office.

Recently received a text or email from us?

If you recently received a text message or email from us notifying you about your outstanding balance and payment, rest assured that it is safe to pay through the link provided on the communication. This is a new process we have been trialing to make it easy for you to make a stress free payment. However, we are aware that you may have concerns. If so, you can still make a payment using your preferred payment method.
