Good to know: To make sure your payment goes onto your account you'll need to enter your 19 digit payment reference number which you'll find underneath the barcode on your bill.

If you’re a customer with a Pay-As-You-Go account, you can top-up your gas card or electricity key at a PayPoint, Payzone outlet or Post Office.
If you recently received a text message or email from us notifying you about your outstanding balance and payment, rest assured that it is safe to pay through the link provided on the communication. This is a new process we have been trialing to make it easy for you to make a stress free payment. However, we are aware that you may have concerns. If so, you can still make a payment using your preferred payment method.
